Without focussing on the first two, point 3 doesn't work. Like they say: “You can’t out train a bad diet”. But food isn't the only thing. When you're really stressed out, don't get enough or good quality sleep or your hormones are not in balance, your progress will be slower. That's why I work on these 3, to get the best results and results that will stay.
